Beer Rebate

I figure I'm on a roll now so I might as well keep on posting. I have a couple of forms for Beer Rebates if anyone is interested. They are a $10 rebate when you purchase $10 of salty snacks, ice, charcoal, propane, condiments, dips, buns, meat snacks, deli sandwiches, bottle water or pizza.
